What we do
At MHC, we specialise in providing residential care homes, and Care Homes with nursing which support individuals with a learning disability, autism, associated mental health conditions, complex needs and/or behaviours seen as challenging.
We provide a culture that empowers the people we work with to fulfil their potential by offering flexible placements for complex individuals who require individualised support.
Our focus is to provide care which offers value for money whilst delivering high quality outcomes for the individuals in our care.
How we do it
By working together, we develop care pathways for individuals that enables them to achieve positive outcomes and step down onto the next part of their life journey. We fully acknowledge the importance of family, friends and carers in an individual’s life and ensure that they are fully involved in their loved one’s care while they are with us.
