MHC has a proven track record of promoting from within, across the organisation. Most of our Registered Managers started their career as care workers in MHC. Similarly, a number of our Directors have progressed through the ranks, gaining valuable qualifications, experience and knowledge along the way.

In the last staff survey, staff remarked on the family-like feeling amongst the staff teams, and the support offered to enable them to gain the qualifications, experience, and skills, to further their career, caring for individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.
