We recently came together to celebrate an incredible milestone for one of our residents at Elm as he prepared to begin an exciting new chapter.

Having called Elm home since August 2020, he has shown remarkable determination, resilience and personal growth throughout his journey. His move forward is a fantastic achievement and one that everyone involved is immensely proud of.

To mark the occasion, we joined together for a celebration filled with laughter, memories and plenty of his favourite foods. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how far he has come and the many people who have supported him along the way.

While we will miss seeing him around Elm, we are absolutely delighted to see him take this next step. We couldn’t be prouder of everything he has achieved and wish him every happiness and success as he begins this exciting new chapter.
