Residential Homes

The residential homes without nursing support people with a learning disability, those who are autistic and people with mental health problems develop or build essential life skills that prepare them for more independent living. MHC has an extensive range of residential services from single person to group living arrangements.

Residential Care Homes with Nursing

Our care homes with nursing support people with a learning disability, those who are autistic and people with mental health problems who require a step-down facility from acute services or a step-up from community-based services. They may require nursing care and support to enable them to achieve their potential by enhancing wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Autism Accredited Residential Homes

Our autism accredited services provide care, and support for people who are autistic, have a learning disability and/or associated complex needs. Individuals with behaviour, social communication and social interaction styles which may benefit from the approach offered at these services.

Making a Referral

Please send referral documents to placement@mhc-uk.com

Assessment

Your referral will be assessed by a Registered Manager who, if appropriate, will ask to meet the individual and relevant stakeholders.

Placement Offer

If If the individual and the home are a good match, the Registered Manager will make a placement offer.

Placement Commences

If agreeable to all, including the individual, transition will start, and the individual will begin living at one of MHC’s care homes.
