Meols Drive
A specialist 12-bed residential care home with nursing, supporting men aged 18 up to 65 with a learning disability, autism, and/or associated mental health conditions.
Meols Drive provides a structured pathway, offering tailored support for individuals who are stepping down from acute settings such as hospitals or secure provisions, or those stepping up from community-based services.
There is a separate three-bed flat with its own front door, garden and other amenities which forms part of the care pathway for people preparing for community living.
The experienced nursing and support team at Meols Drive is dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest possible level of independence.
