Putting people first

Our core ethos is to support people to achieve positive outcomes.

Constantly striving

Our core ethos is to support people to achieve positive outcomes.

Working collaboratively

We work with commissioners, families and individuals to provide support designed around them and their needs, wants and aspirations.

Creating trust

We promote a culture of transparency, openness and honesty at all levels, all the time.

Empowering

We empower colleagues to achieve the best for themselves and the people they look after every day.

Trust and value

We have a responsive, proactive and preventative approach which supports the transition and step-down of individuals through our services, and prepare them for life in the community when it’s appropriate.

Our individual care model provides outstanding value for money and ensures that there are always safe staffing levels. We provide high levels of care and support to meet the most complex of needs to achieve the best outcomes for individuals.

We understand that local authorities, clinical commissioning groups and NHS commissioners place a huge amount of trust in us, which is why we actively promote openness and honesty at all time.

In our last staff survey, 96% of staff felt that MHC acts on concerns raised by the individuals we care for and support.
