Glyn Rhosyn
Glyn Rhosyn is a residential nursing service for individuals living with a learning disability who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community based services. This will provide a more robust, durable and sustainable nursing provision for a period of care and rehabilitation.
We work with individuals using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) to achieve positive outcomes, enhance well being, independence and quality of life.

Glyn Rhosyn
You will be supported in your rehabilitation by a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team in a warm and person centred environment. Person centred planning is at the heart of the care we provide, with a wide range of activities available. Our onsite activity hub has a diverse range of skill building activities, and we are actively involved in the local community through voluntary work placements and accessible college courses.
You will be encouraged to talk about your thoughts, feelings and help you to reduce any risk behaviours by focusing on the positive experiences and skills you possess. Your dedicated care team will continue to develop the daily living skills you have, and work with you in enhancing these through positive behavioural support.
